Transport
We provide transport to CAHS clients to and from our clinic around Condobolin.
CAHS will transport passengers who:
Are patients of the service and have had a 715-health check within the last 12 months
Do not have a vehicle
Do not or cannot drive
Require assistance with mobility
Lack family or social network support
You can book in for this service when you make your appointment with us.
We are able to accommodate for Elders. If you are requiring any safety equipment (car seats etc) please give our reception staff as much notice as possible so we can make all transport bookings and arrangements.
CAHS also provides a regular transport service to Orange, Parkes, Forbes and Dubbo for CAHS clients to any specialist services that clients have been referred to by us.
