Program Manager - Strong Start
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Program Manager to establish and lead our new Strong Start – Pregnancy to Preschool program. Strong Start will provide culturally safe, coordinated support for Aboriginal women, children and families from pregnancy through to school entry, bringing together maternal, infant, child and family health services with a strong focus on prevention and early intervention.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Program Manager will recruit and lead a new multidisciplinary team and shape the program from the ground up. The role will build strong connections across CAHS and with external partners, while driving improvements in childhood immunisation, health and developmental checks, care coordination, outreach, family support and preventative health outcomes.
