Women spend so much time looking after family, friends and community. Women’s Health Week is an important reminder that your health matters too.
To celebrate Women’s Health Week 2026, Condobolin Aboriginal Health Service (CAHS) is bringing our community together for a relaxed Women’s Health Week Community BBQ at the Old Fire Station.
The day is about celebrating the strength of women in our community while creating an opportunity to connect, have a yarn and learn more about looking after our health — body, mind and spirit.

Women’s health is about much more than responding when something is wrong. It is about making time for regular health checks, looking after our social and emotional wellbeing, staying connected and having the information and support we need to make decisions about our health.
At CAHS, we want women in our community to feel comfortable asking questions, talking about their health and reaching out when they need support.
Strong women. Healthy communities. Brighter futures.
Women play an incredibly important role in keeping our families and communities strong. Taking care of your own health is part of that strength.
💜 You look after so many people. This Women’s Health Week, make some time to look after you.
We look forward to seeing you at the Old Fire Station on Tuesday 8 September.
Healthy. Strong. Empowered.
